Primary Level Salary Range: $75,100.00 - $112,700.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $93,300.00 - $139,900.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline
  • 2 years manufacturing/quality experience (Engineer)
  • 5 years manufacturing/quality experience (Principal)
  • Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action methods
  • Experience with Inspection Plans and First Article Inspections
