Job Summary
Responsible for leading operators, managing packaging activities, material receiving, and finished product shipping while ensuring compliance with Safety, Environmental, and GMP requirements.
Coordinate daily Tier 1 meetings, prepare daily work assignments, and lead packaging documentation such as SOPs, logbooks, and Master Batch Records.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on lean principles and problem-solving on the factory floor, and supervise SAP transactions related to Production.
