You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staffing levels to maintain high-quality care for residents.
This role involves direct interaction with physicians, families, and government agencies to coordinate comprehensive care plans, handle admissions and discharges, and ensure a safe environment for all residents.
