** GDIT is seeking a Senior Application Architect to support federal financial agencies by transitioning legacy systems to modern, cloud-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in application architecture and systems design, particularly with mainframe technologies and modern web technologies. **

Job Summary

  • You will play a crucial role and conduct continuous operational analysis of our client’s business processes, leverage the knowledge with your technical expertise in architectural design and applications functionality and provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the transition of mission-critical financial applications from IBM Mainframe platforms to modern, cloud-enabled, and server-based architecture.
  • Candidates must demonstrate experience applying these tools to design cloud-based solutions involving complex applications, databases, and interfaces.
