Job Summary

  • Lead the A220 Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Support teams across the full FAL and Customer Line scope, driving operational excellence and aligning local performance with global guidelines.
  • Oversee technical shop floor support, industrial ramp-up, and continuous improvement (AOS) strategies, defining and executing local industrial strategies for the A220 assembly and delivery process.
  • The role involves managing local OPEX budgets, ensuring lean CoC activities, and providing direct visibility and reporting to the Head of A220 Mobile while maintaining alignment with the Mirabel Head of CoC.

Key Requirements

  • 15 years of aviation experience with Bachelors
  • 13 years of aviation experience with Masters
  • 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering
  • 5+ years managing and leading teams
  • Airbus Bronze PM Certification preferred
  • PMI-PMP certificate preferred
