The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
The role involves performing routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and grounds upkeep to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.
