Job Summary
This position is part of the EMEA Global Private Wealth fundraising team focusing on the Nordics and Netherlands regions.
The ideal candidate will originate new business, manage existing client relationships, and collaborate with global teams to build the HarbourVest brand.
HarbourVest offers a hybrid work arrangement providing 18 remote workdays per quarter in a culture that values diversity and innovative thinking.

Proven track record of fundraising private markets funds
Live rolodex of fund selectors in Nordics and Netherlands
Experience with private equity or private markets strategies
Wealth management or private banking experience
Ability to operate independently with extensive travel

Knowledge of multi-family offices and independent advisors
Key Requirements
10+ years experience in institutional sales or business development
Detailed understanding of private markets and product structuring
English proficiency required; Dutch or Nordic language preferred
BS/BA degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA beneficial
