The Superintendent works in cooperation with the Project Management Team to execute and implement the total scope of services as defined in the project contract documents, and to achieve project completion and profit objectives.
Coach, develop, and retain a high-performance project team, upholding brand standards and reinforcing the company’s core values and manifesto, leading by example.

6+ years of field leadership experience
