Job Summary

• This position is responsible for managing the foreclosure process for an assigned portfolio of mortgage loans, contested foreclosures or loans in litigation to ensure foreclosure is completed timely in accordance with investor guidelines.
• The role requires interaction with external foreclosure attorneys, CAM management, and internal and external counsel to ensure successful foreclosure completion and compliance with regulatory standards.
