Job Summary
Tasked with driving AIG’s financial results and managing assigned wholesale broker at the U.S. company level, the Strategic Broker Leader will create clear goals that are defined.
Develop quantitative and qualitative KPI’s to measure success Promote profitable growth and/or retention and expand desired mix of business, Ensure AIG is deriving value and results out of any consulting or data services purchased from wholesale broker.
