Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators, reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
Accurately document care and services provided while upholding resident privacy and dignity at all times.
