Must-have
5+ years managing 5-10 sales professionals
Commercial Real Estate or Digital Advertising experience
Book of business exceeding $1 million annual revenue
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Bachelor's degree from accredited in-person university

Track record of rapidly growing sales territory
Ability to retain proven sales producers
