Job Summary
The Design Program Manager will represent Design in Engineering and Program Team meetings ensuring that our vehicles have world class craftsmanship, quality, usability, and an engaged customer experience.
Manage cross-functional execution of Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP) deliverables with goal of 100% on-time performance with quality.
This role is a local hire position and not an International Service Program (ISP) assignment; only candidates who are eligible to be hired locally in the job location will be considered.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent skill, experience or training
10 plus years of production development experience
5 plus years of GVDP experience
design studio experience is preferred
Advance degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related area
