Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Finance or related field
7+ years experience in controlling or FP&A
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
Experience with Power BI or data-driven reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
Nice-to-have
Experience in distribution, supply chain, or retail
International matrix organization experience
People management experience and leadership ambition
Fluency in French as a plus
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
At least 7 years of experience in controlling or FP&A
