The main purpose of the Building Operator is to contribute to the department’s success by carrying out the overall maintenance and operational functions/duties of the facilities assets and infrastructure in order to meet our quality system requirements and minimize manufacturing downtime while demonstrating site stewardship and internal customer satisfaction
Job Summary
The main purpose of the Building Operator is to contribute to the department’s success by carrying out the overall maintenance and operational functions/duties of the facilities assets and infrastructure in order to meet our quality system requirements and minimize manufacturing downtime while demonstrating site stewardship and internal customer satisfaction.
Perform and document (in CMMS) all maintenance, repair and operational tasks of facilities systems including but not limited to: storage environments, hot water, cold water, steam, compressed dry air, HVAC, life safety, and general infrastructure.
