Job Summary

  • The main purpose of the Building Operator is to contribute to the department’s success by carrying out the overall maintenance and operational functions/duties of the facilities assets and infrastructure in order to meet our quality system requirements and minimize manufacturing downtime while demonstrating site stewardship and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Perform and document (in CMMS) all maintenance, repair and operational tasks of facilities systems including but not limited to: storage environments, hot water, cold water, steam, compressed dry air, HVAC, life safety, and general infrastructure.
