Job Summary

• The Associate Director, Discovery & Translational Portfolio Management will partner with therapeutic area and functional area leadership to plan and execute discovery, translational biomarker, early development, and in-line portfolio efforts.
• Core responsibilities include understanding and aligning biomarker and translational needs, ensuring strategy is supported by executable plans, and summarizing portfolio metrics for senior management.
• The role involves managing strategic committees, facilitating leadership meetings, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing mentoring to project/portfolio managers.
