• Provide an exceptional experience for patients by offering venipuncture and other clinical support services, acting as an ambassador for patients with a mastery of human connection.
• Perform a range of clinical duties including venipuncture, non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and clerical tasks such as answering patient messages and following up on lab cases.
