  • Partner with division and support function leadership to implement Nordson’s NBS Next growth framework through a Learn-Do-Lead-Coach approach.
  • Teach and develop individuals and teams through hands-on coaching and mentoring to create value using all elements of NBS Next.
  • Develop, train and coach all levels of employees in fundamentals of continuous improvement to create a self-sustaining culture.
