Job Summary
The Technical Representative will have the overall responsibility of field technical support for a given customer base, acting as the principal point of contact for all technical queries.
Responsibilities include performing field interventions such as fault finding, technical assessment, and helicopter maintenance/repairs under the AHZA Aircraft Maintenance Organization.
The role requires ensuring high levels of communication and accurate reporting between AHZA and its customers/operators, while also providing coaching to Junior Technicians.
