Assists with hiring, education and performance evaluation of the staff, working with Nurse Manager and Human Resources on counseling and discipline.
Serves as a role model and mentor for excellence in clinical practice and patient and employee satisfaction, taking responsibility for productivity targets and budget compliance.

Key Requirements
BSN degree required upon hire for nurses hired after November 1, 2025
Enroll in BSN program within 6 months for ADN prepared nurses hired before November 1, 2025
2 or more years of clinical experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS)
Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN)
Registered Nurse in State of Kansas or State of Missouri
