Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 4-6 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years experience
  • Diploma and 10-12 years experience
  • Quality and manufacturing experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools
  • Understanding of applicable manufacturing/testing processes
