Job Summary

  • The family medicine physician provides primary care services to patients of all ages within our outpatient clinic that specializes in I/DD.
  • This includes developing and implementing a plan of care, prescribing medications, and appropriately documenting each patient encounter in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Partner with other members of the care team (e.g., nurse, medical assistant, social worker) and report and coordinate care with Medical Director.
