• The Manager, Global Clinical Operations Learning & Development – Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning solutions that support global clinical operations teams.
• This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders, including regional Learning Business Partners (trainers), to assess training needs, enhance training modalities, create engaging instructional content, and drive capability development aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Base: $118,600.00 - $158,600.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
