Salary
Base: $125,141.00 - $154,672.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus program and stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and flexible time-off

Direct people management experience required
Deep knowledge of cGMP and GDP regulations
Experience with deviation investigations and CAPA
Leadership in shift-based manufacturing environment
Proven track record in quality system oversight

Key Requirements
Doctorate OR Master's + 3 years OR Bachelor's + 5 years OR Associate's + 10 years OR High School + 12 years quality experience
Must have direct experience managing people or leading teams/projects
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering preferred
3+ years of QA experience in GMP-regulated biotech/pharma environment
