Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in HR or Recruiting
Experience supporting high-volume recruitment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future
Search firm experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with Workday
Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
Familiarity with tech sales and procurement talent populations
