Job Summary
Serves as a focal point for all Engineering Systems end-users for any queries, errors and/or clarification required.
Monitors the system for any malfunction and identifies the source of the error, initiating troubleshooting and escalating as required.
Fully responsible for the maintenance of the user database across all Engineering Systems, ensuring new accounts are created and existing accounts are updated.
