  • Responsibilities include interviewing veterans and families, performing case management, interpreting laws and regulations, filing claims, formulating appeals, and acting as a legal representative before U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs federal boards.
  • The role requires reviewing rating board decisions, preparing financial statements, evaluating evidence, researching laws and regulations, and presenting oral arguments during hearings.
