The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must perform assigned tasks following established policies and procedures while cooperating with other facility personnel to maintain adequate nursing services.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality, reporting all resident incidents and changes, and assisting residents with daily functions including personal care and mobility.
