Forma is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in their drug product development services. Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing strategies to grow Pre-Formulation, Formulation Development, and Clinical/Commercial Product Manufacturing services through new and existing accounts.
  • The company operates as a lean, entrepreneurial organization of approximately 60 employees focused on drug product development and manufacturing for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Employees are expected to take on meaningful responsibility, collaborate directly with colleagues and clients, and contribute to building scalable systems as the company grows.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales and account management experience
  • BS or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences
  • MBA is a plus
