As Chapter Lead Lending Risk, you’ll play a critical role in enabling safe growth across our Home Buying portfolios while ensuring compliance obligations are met and delivering better customer outcomes.
This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape structure, ways of working and risk outcomes across a core part of the Home Buying value chain.
You’ll lead a team of 9 risk professionals and partner with General Managers and senior stakeholders across RBS in a policy-driven environment requiring strong judgement, influence and leadership capability.
