This position functions to coordinate all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
The role requires screening for drug-drug, drug-herb/dietary supplement, drug-allergy, drug-food, drug-disease state, and drug-laboratory interactions.
The pharmacist must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
