Job Summary
Supervise maintenance duties in a safe manner, directing and coordinating the job functions of Maintenance Technicians while ensuring the safety of all operations and employees during the shift.
Responsible for training of all employees in the department, completing all required paperwork and/or electronic updates, and initiating personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures.
