Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for processing mortgage loans from approved status through closing while maintaining communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • The position supports a steady pipeline and works closely with borrowers, originators, underwriting, and closing to keep files moving accurately and on time.
  • Support approximately 1 to 5 Loan Originators while managing an active pipeline of about 25 to 30 loans.
