Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Inspect and test PCBs
Troubleshoot and repair PCBs using schematics
Perform electrical and mechanical assembly
Conduct ATP/ATR and thermal chamber tests
Calibrate radar systems and track calibration
Maintain production documentation
Support continuous improvement including 5S
Nice-to-have
Experience in small-business environments
Bilingual French/English

Key Requirements
1+ year in electronic manufacturing
