Base: $82,400.00 - $123,600.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate with 4+ years experience
Or advanced degree with 2+ years paralegal or legal experience
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
Experience drafting and negotiating agreements
Compliance with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) for foreign degrees
