The Aquatic & Park Services Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe recreational environment by ensuring guests follow water park policies and responding to emergencies.
This role involves leading a team of approximately 30+ lifeguards, enforcing established rules, and maintaining a professional appearance while ensuring safety compliance.
The position requires the ability to swim specific distances, perform rescues, and serve as the Management Responder for any first aid or medical needs.

Enforce Ellis & Associates safety standards
Lead team of 30+ lifeguards
Perform first aid and emergency response
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Previous aquatics operation experience
Strong conflict resolution skills
Flexible schedule including nights and holidays
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred
Ability to swim 200 yards in deep water
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
Two years of experience in aquatics operation preferred
