Job Summary

  • The Assistant Research Scientist will utilize techniques and strategies developed through their education and experience to support facility users in meeting the imaging requirements of their research projects.
  • This role is responsible for the daily management of the Integrated Microscopy and Imaging Lab (IMIL) operations, supervision of undergraduate student workers, development and implementation of microscopy-based imaging strategies tailored to user needs, especially for investigators with limited imaging experience, and oversight of instrument use.
