Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacy Technician promotes the provision of comprehensive pharmacy services throughout the patient stay by providing accurate medication history services, coordinating medication distribution processes, supporting the clinical pharmacist in the delivery of optimal pharmaceutical care, and managing medication needs at discharge.
All activities are done in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount.
