Job Summary

  • This position will perform several duties, including a detail review of contracts and customer RFPs, as well as management of all contract deliverables such as reporting, price file creation, customer website updates, assisting with RFP responses and other duties as the contract or RFP requires, using AI to increase efficiency.
  • The documented process requires collecting new amended/refreshed documentation and updating ICERTIS and other tools as required as well as ensuring SCIDs are expired to prevent order intake on expired agreements.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of contract management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in generative AI tools
  • Experience with HP Dynamics, Icertis, S4 SAP, PATSY, Accelerator
