Job Summary

  • You will be a senior testing leader within the Mondelēz International Digital & Technology organization, responsible for leading end-to-end quality assurance and testing activities across large-scale transformation programs, including the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform rollout.
  • You will lead the test management function for o9 EOP and other large transformation programs, ensuring that quality is built into every stage of delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices by introducing automation, optimizing test cycles, and reducing manual testing effort over time.
