Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing world-class biscuit manufacturing lines from scratch, with a strong focus on cost competitiveness, scalability, energy efficiency, and future flexibility.
  • This position owns the front-end engineering and capital approval journey—from concept definition through layouting, mass balancing, vendor evaluation, and CAPEX estimation—ensuring that projects are technically robust and commercially competitive before moving into execution.
  • While execution, installation, and commissioning are led by external vendors and execution teams, this role will govern technical adherence to approved designs and support issue resolution during commissioning.

  • Prior exposure to installation and commissioning of biscuit lines
  • Deep technical knowledge of biscuit processes
  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
