Job Summary
Assume technical responsibility for the assembly line, leading and participating in industrialization projects for equipment design, construction, installation, and modification.
Monitor productivity and improve manufacturing KPIs such as Technical Availability, Rejection Rate, Scrap, Downtime, CPKs, and Cycle Time using methodical problem-solving techniques.
Develop and maintain APQP documents like PFMEA and flow charts, and create process documentation such as Setup and Work Instructions.
