  • The Assistant Director leads by example—modeling and reinforcing Four Seasons values in every interaction, spanning talent management, employee experience, learning & development, and employee relations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience
  • Formal education in HR or related discipline
  • CPHR designation an asset
