  • Maintain knowledge of all accrediting agency standards and advise on changes for dissemination throughout the division.
  • Provide leadership support and direction for all residential programming in Compass Connections.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree
  • First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention certifications
  • At least five (5) years of experience as director of licensed childcare program or similar
  • At least five (5) years of experience as administrator of large organization
  • At least five (5) years of progressive project management or business management
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens
  • Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
  • Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
