Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly, recording information using authorized abbreviations, and reporting all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and dietary needs.
