Job Summary

• As a member of the GSO global sales team, the Manager, Data & Support will manage all GSO tools comprising OKTA Dashboard applications, generating support for the GSO LATAMC team, regional hotels, and other WHR corporate areas as needed.
• The role involves proactively generating reports, controlling processes, managing opening checklists, controlling the region's budget, incentive plans, scheduled hotel training, liaising with other WHR GSO HUBs, and directing development opportunities for all segments and portfolios developed by the GSO LATAMC team.
• In this role, you will work directly with the Sr. Director of Sales for the region to generate structured regional processes and strategies, using WHR's available tools as a basis.
