  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the resident’s condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
  • Assist residents with daily functions, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining a warm and positive atmosphere.
