Job Summary
Develop and communicate data-driven and actionable insights that drive greater customer and market understanding to inform launch & go-to market strategies and help meet in-line commercial objectives.
Lead an insight team consisting of functional teams across market research, data strategy, forecasting, commercial effectiveness, measurement, marketing/sales operations, digital analytics, competitive insights and strategy.
Engage with disease aligned teams and leaders across the US commercial organizations to understand their strategic priorities across the commercial value chain from Business Development, Pipeline management to commercial development across launch and in-line assets and indication management.

Salary
Base: $210,400.00 - $331,100.00; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Benefits: medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
12+ years marketing insights and strategy experience
