The Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Officer to assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior front office experience, preferably with knowledge of Opera, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • Duties and Responsibilities · Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key
  • · Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
  • · Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
