Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities · Attend to all guests’ check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key
· Attend to guests’ check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
· Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
