  • Work closely with Product Owners to understand product roadmap, feature rollouts, backlog creation, and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate work allocation across multi-location developers and testers and participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Troubleshoot complex coding challenges and guide developers on best practices, ensuring clean, readable, and maintainable Ruby code aligned with scalable architecture principles.
